تاریخچه بیمارستان :

بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی آیت ا... طالقانی در منطقه جنوب غربی شهرستان ارومیه و در ساحل رودخانه شهرچای واقع شده است. در سال 1359 به دنبال آغاز جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران ، چند دستگاه ساختمان که دارای کاربری های غیر درمانی بوده و به ارگان های مختلف تعلق داشتند جهت پاسخگویی به نیازهای درمانی آن برهه زمانی تغییر کاربری داده و با چارت تشکیلاتی 450 تختخوابی با مجوز رسمی سازمان بهداری وقت ، بیمارستان آموزشی و درمانی آیت الله طالقانی را تشکیل دادند.

این مرکز درمانی در ابتدا فعایت خود را در تخصص های داخلی ، قلب ، عفونی ، پوست ، مسمومیت و دیالیز شروع نمود و طی این سال ها نیز به دنبال ایجاد مراکز درمانی جدید در شهر ارومیه نوع خدمات این بیمارستان نیز دستخوش تغییرات شد به گونه ای که در دوره پاندمی کرونا بیمارستان آیت الله طالقانی به عنوان تنها مرکز ریفرال بیماری Covid-19 به مدت بیش از دو سال صرفا مامورت مداوای مبتلایان به این بیماری را به عهده داشت و در حال حاضر این مرکز درمانی در ارتباط با بیماری های عفونی ، مسمومیت ، پوست و همودیالیز سانتر استان بوده و دارای بخش های داخلی ، قلب ، آنژیوگرافی و CCU نیز می باشد.

This medical center initially started its operation in internal, cardiac, infectious, skin, poisoning and dialysis specialties and during these years, following the establishment of new medical centers in urmia city, the type of services of this hospital also underwent changes in such a way that during the corona pandemic, ayatollah taleghani hospital, as the only referral center for Covid-19 disease, was solely responsible for the treatment of patients with this disease for more than two years. currently, this treatment center is the center of the province for infectious diseases, poisoning, skin and hemodialysis, and it also has internal, cardiac, angiography and CCU departments
